I won't be going to Guatemala this year. Instead, I'm going to be the musician in residence at LouHelen for the next Friends and Family session which starts this Friday. Paul Robichaud will be there this weekend for his on site visit/interview for head chef. He'll cook for the staff and work in the kitchen, see the facilities and the local sights before returning to Baton Rouge on Sunday.
